By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions below:
1. Appointments
 
Bellagina works by appointment only. You can make an appointment via our online agenda, or by contacting us by phone or email (see the contact information under "Contact").
After booking your appointment online, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please check your spam or junk folder if it’s not in your inbox. If you do not receive the email, please contact us via phone or email.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. In case of late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge a fee.
3. Prices
Our prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most up-to-date rates are always available on our website. The price applicable at the time of booking will remain valid for your appointment.
4. Payment
Payment is made after the treatment, unless agreed otherwise.
We accept cash, bank cards, digital payment methods, and gift cards.
5. Your Health and Liability
To ensure the best possible treatment results, we kindly ask you to inform us of your preferences and any physical conditions before the treatment begins. This is especially important if you are pregnant—please let us know.
We strive to provide the best care, but we cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or dissatisfaction resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
6. Relax Fully During Your Treatment
To ensure a calm and relaxing experience, we advise you to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to settle in and prepare for the treatment. Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time.
7. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted within 7 days after the treatment via info@bellagina.be
